Shipping & Partial COD Policy

At Shrimintus Art, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted furniture. To ensure a secure and reliable shopping experience for both our craftsmen and our customers, we offer a Partial COD facility on select items under the following terms:

1. Product Eligibility

Cash on Delivery is available for select items in our collection. You can verify eligibility directly on the Product Page. If your cart contains a mix of eligible and ineligible items, the COD option may be restricted at checkout to ensure logistical safety.

2. Partial Payment Structure

To confirm your order and begin the fulfillment process, we require a 60% initial deposit.

  • Booking Amount: 60% of the total order value is paid at the time of placing the order.

  • Final Balance: The remaining 40% is to be settled at the time of delivery.

3. Order Verification & Processing

Once a COD request is placed:

  • Our team will contact you to verify the order details.

  • A secure payment link will be provided for the 60% initial deposit.

  • Production and shipping will commence only after this initial payment is confirmed.

4. Seamless Delivery Guarantee

We aim for a smooth transition from our workshop to your home:

  • Once the remaining 40% balance is cleared via our provided secure link, we guarantee delivery within 24–48 hours of payment clearance (depending on your location).

  • Our team will proactively share payment links as your furniture reaches your local hub to avoid any delivery delays.

5. Cancellations & Delivery Refusal

Because our furniture involves significant logistics and specialized handling:

  • No Cancellations: Once the 60% partial payment is made and the order has entered the processing/shipping stage, cancellations are not accepted.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If a delivery is refused at the doorstep, a Shipping & Handling Fee (equal to 25% of the total order value) will be deducted from your initial deposit to cover transit and restocking costs. Any remaining balance will be issued as a store credit or refund.
